Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts
1 1/2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cartons sour cream (small)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter
poppy seed (sprinkled on top)
Preparation

Sprinkle lemon juice over chicken.
Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over chicken.
Top with cracker crumbs and pour melted butter over mixture.
Sprinkle with poppy seed.
Bake at 300\u00b0 until it bubbles.
Use shallow baking dish or casserole.
