Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine melted
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. process American cheese spread, cubed
3 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Drain well and set aside.
Saute onion in butter until tender.
Add soup, milk and cheese.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until cheese melts.
Stir in rice and broccoli.
Pour into a greased 2-quart shallow casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
