Nutritious Breakfast Drink - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 carton fruit yogurt
    1/4 c. orange juice
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1 whole frozen banana, cut in half, or can use 1 fresh banana (it's more frosty with the frozen banana)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a blender and drink immediately. Serves 1.
