Dietetic Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 graham cracker pie shell
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 egg yolks
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. hot skim milk
    1/3 c. sugar (can use 4 Sweet 'N Low)
    2 c. cottage cheese (1 lb.)
Preparation
    Use blender and combine lemon juice, yolks and gelatin on low. Pour in milk and sugar; blend for one minute on high.
    Add cheese by spoonful, blending until smooth.
    Pour into graham cracker shell and refrigerate.
    Use fresh fruit on top to decorate.
