Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium size onion
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 box frozen broccoli
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute butter and onion.
    Put rice in 2-quart saucepan.
    Mix soup and milk together and pour 1/2 of it over the rice.
    Then add the broccoli and onion.
    Put the other 1/2 of soup over that.
    Add the cheese over the top.
    Bake 1/2 hour or more.
    Serves 4 to 6.
