Cousin Fern'S End Of The Garden Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. string beans
    2 qt. lima beans
    2 qt. sweet corn
    2 qt. tiny onions or finely chopped onions
    2 qt. cucumbers, cut fine or whole small cucumbers
    2 bunches celery, cut up
    1 head cauliflower, separated into small pieces
    red peppers, cut fine
    2 qt. cabbage, cut fine
    2 qt. green tomatoes, cut in wedges
    2 1/2 lb. sugar
    1/4 lb. mustard seed
    1/8 lb. celery seed
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 oz. turmeric
    vinegar (to cover)
Preparation
    Cook string beans and lima beans in salt water until tender. Drain and add other mixture.
    Cook all 20 minutes.
    Cool in airtight jars.
    (I pour into hot, sterilized jars and process in boiling water for 20 minutes.)
