Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. banana pulp
1 c. nuts, broken in pieces
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Cream the sugar and shortening.
Add eggs, one at a time. Beat.
Add part of banana pulp.
Beat and add part of flour (with soda, baking powder and salt added).
Next add bananas and flour until all is mixed.
Beat well.
Add nuts.
Bake in greased bread pan or angel food pan for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
When bread leaves side of pan, it is done.
Use no liquids as banana pulp is the liquid.
