Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. apples, peeled and diced (McIntosh or Spies)
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix sugar and oil well. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add apples. Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together and add to apple mixture. Add chopped nuts. Bake in ungreased tube pan or greased Bundt pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until toothpick is clean. Let set 10 minutes; turn on plate. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
