Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken wings, ends cut and thawed
1 (8 oz.) bottle soy sauce
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
3 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
Preparation

Chop garlic.
Add soy sauce and all remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Add chicken wings and marinate in refrigerator overnight or all afternoon, making sure liquid mixture covers all chicken from time to time.
