Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crescent rolls
    2 c. frozen hash browns
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    1 lb. sausage
    3 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    3 Tbsp. each red and yellow peppers (optional)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In a large skillet, cook sausage until brown. Separate crescent rolls into triangles. Place in ungreased 12-inch rimmed pizza pan with points toward the center. Press together, seal perforations and form a circle. Turn edges to make rim. Sprinkle sausage over crust. Top with hash browns. Add peppers and onions if desired. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Stir egg, milk, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour over pizza evenly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 20 minutes.
