Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix flour, shortening and brown sugar together.
Keep out 1/2 cup crumbs.
Mix rest of ingredients into remaining crumbs.
Place in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Put 1/2 cup of crumbs on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
