Cream Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. almond extract
1/4 c. margarine, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (10 count) refrigerated biscuits
3 oz. cream cheese, cut into 10 cubes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and almond extract.
In a separate bowl, combine margarine and vanilla.
Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
Roll or press each into a 3-inch circle.
Dip each cream cheese cube into margarine, then in sugar mixture.
Place each cube into center of each circle biscuit.
Fold dough over cube (cover completely).
Shape into balls.
Dip each ball into margarine, then roll in sugar mixture. Place seam side down in ungreased muffin cup.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 18 minutes or until brown.
Store in refrigerator.
