Scalloped Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. carrots
1 onion
1 stick butter
Ritz crackers
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Slice and cook carrots. Drain and set aside.
Saute onion in butter. Slice Velveeta cheese and melt into butter.
Mix cheese sauce and carrots.
Place in casserole.
Crush Ritz crackers on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
