Rotel Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, sliced chip style, boiled and drained
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 (4 oz.) jar mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in margarine.
    Add cheese and melt. Add tomatoes and mushrooms. Pour this mixture over potatoes in a baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
