Spanish Hot Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 large can plum tomatoes
    1 pound hot dogs, sliced or cut up
    1 1/2 c. rice
Preparation
    Saute sliced onion until soft.
    Add tomatoes and cook 15 minutes.
    Add sliced hot dogs and cook 10 minutes more.
    Boil rice until tender.
    Excellent buffet meal.
    Serve in 2 separate bowls. Guests take a serving of rice and pour tomato-hot dog mixture over it.
