Oatmeal Crisp Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. oatmeal
    1 grated orange rind
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. orange juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients; put aside.
    Cream margarine; add sugars, eggs, juice and vanilla and mix well.
    Add oatmeal, coconut, rind and nuts; mix and blend well.
    Then add the dry ingredients. Blend well and form 4 logs.
    Roll in wax paper and freeze for a couple of hours.
    Remove from freezer one at a time and slice thin on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    It makes a lot of cookies.
