Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
    1 can cream of celery soup
    3/4 soup can milk
    1 c. water
    1 c. instant rice
    1 small jar cheese spread
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in oil; add broccoli.
    Mix soup, milk, water, rice and cheese spread in saucepan; heat to boiling. Arrange broccoli mixture in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Pour sauce over broccoli.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
