Fresh Turkey Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. fresh turkey breasts
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
    3 medium potatoes, cut in quarters
    2 medium onions, cut
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 medium carrots, cut
    3 stalks celery, cut
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix butter, thyme, rosemary,
    tarragon and garlic.
    Drizzle 1/2 over turkey in shallow roasting pan.
    Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients to pan and drizzle with remaining butter mixture.
    Bake, covered, for 1 hour. Make gravy with the juice.
