P.T.A. Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. milk
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Cream the butter and sugar. Add one egg at a time, mixing well after each. Alternate flour and milk. Blend thoroughly.
    Add flavoring. Grease cake pan and dust lightly with flour.
    Pour in batter and bake 1 1/2 hours. Time may vary depending on oven.
