Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising meal
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    6 hot peppers
    1 can cream-style corn
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease pan.
    Mix meal, onion and peppers.
    Add eggs and corn.
    Mix just a little; add buttermilk and stir well.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
