Swiss Bliss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Pot roast, cut up
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 can of stewed tomatoes (save the juice)
    1 green pepper, cut up
    Canned or fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. A-1 sauce
Preparation
    Place large piece of foil in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking pan, or small roaster.
    Add butter or margarine on piece of foil.
    Place roast on top of butter.
    Mix onion soup mix, stewed tomatoes, pepper, and mushrooms and place on top of roast.
    Make a sauce with the cornstarch, tomato juice, and A-1 sauce.
    Pour over roast, sealing the foil.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 3 - 4 hours.
