Chicken Or Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick oleo
4 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 green pepper, chopped
3 c. chicken or turkey
salt to taste
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, softened in white sauce
4 oz. pimento, chopped
4 oz. can mushroom pieces
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
8 to 10 oz. thin spaghetti, cooked and drained
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, starting with a white sauce made of oleo, flour and milk (cheese added). Pour into large 3-quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes. Can be divided in 2 casseroles and freeze half.
