16 oz. can beets
8 oz. can pineapple tidbits
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Drain beets.
Add pineapple and juice, sugar, salt, cornstarch, butter and lemon.
Cook on medium until thick.
