Pumpkin Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 can pumpkin
1/4 tsp. ginger
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 yellow cake mix
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
Preparation
-
Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix all ingredients together except cake mix, butter and
pecans.
Crumble
cake mix on top of pumpkin mixture.
Pour
melted
butter evenly over cake mix and then sprinkle on nuts.
Bake
1 hour or until set at 350\u00b0. Serve warm with Cool Whip.
