Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans cream-style corn
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice, uncooked
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick Parkay margarine
    pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Chop bell pepper and onion and saute in margarine.
    Mix corn, eggs (slightly beaten), rice, bell pepper and onion together. Add salt, pepper and sugar.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Cover top with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
