Fruit Ice Pops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. strawberries, hulled and halved (about 2 c.)
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/3 c. light corn syrup
Preparation
    In an electric blender or food processor, blend the strawberries, pineapple and corn syrup together until pureed, about 1 minute.
    Pour into 4 (5 ounce) paper cups.
    Freeze until partly set.
    Into each cup, insert 2 flat popsicle sticks, placing each on opposite sides halfway between center and edge.
    Freeze until firm. Peel off paper and cut each pop in half between sticks.
    Makes 8 servings.
