Saucepan Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine sugar, margarine and water.
    Over medium heat, bring just to boil, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
    Add vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Stir in flour, baking soda and nuts.
    Pour into well-greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 16.
    These freeze well.
