Cinnamon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
6 eggs
2 sticks margarine
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 pt. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon or more
sliced apples
Preparation

Beat the 2 cups sugar, eggs and margarine until fluffy (real fluffy).
Combine the flour and baking powder.
Alternate flour mixture into egg mixture with the sour cream.
Mix 3/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon and set aside.
Pour half the cake mixture into a tube pan.
Pour the cinnamon and sugar around cake mixture.
Cut into cake mixture as to marble.
Place sliced apples around cake. Pour balance of mixture.
Repeat.
Pour remaining cinnamon on top to create crisp crust.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour; 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, then continue until finished at 325\u00b0.
