Oreo Cookie Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 pkg. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
3 c. milk
2 (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding

Preparation

Crumble cookies until fine.
Put 3/4 of bag into bowl and spread to form a crust.
Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
