Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Worthington prosage
1 clove garlic, minced fine
1 Tbsp. whole basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. canned tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation

Dice prosage and brown slowly in large, electric skillet or frypan.
Add rest of ingredients and simmer about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
