Seafoam Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) lime Jell-O
8 oz. pineapple, crushed
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. nuts
a few maraschino cherries
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Drain pineapple and add enough water to make 4 cups.
Heat 2 cups of the water and pineapple juice to boiling and dissolve jello.
Add remaining liquid and cool until it begins to set.
Mix the cream cheese with mixer and add jello to cheese.
Mix well. Add pineapple, cherries and nuts.
Fold in
Cool Whip.
Pour into a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Cool for 2 hours.
