Squash Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked yellow squash, drained
    1 c. no fat sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 carrot, grated
    herb season bread crumbs
    butter or margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mash squash; add sour cream, carrot, onion, soup, salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle a layer of bread crumbs in shallow casserole dish.
    Spoon squash mixture over crumbs.
    Cover with remaining crumbs.
    Drizzle butter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
