Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    4 small bananas (very ripe)
    1 c. nuts
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Cream together margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs one at a time. Beat it until fluffy.
    Mash bananas and add to egg mixture.
    Fold in nuts.
    Add flour, baking powder and salt after you've sifted it together a little at a time.
    Pour into well greased loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
