Bow Tie Pasta With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. light olive oil
    1 large yellow pepper, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 large red pepper, chopped
    6 large plum tomatoes, chopped
    dash of oregano/basil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. fresh Russian peas
Preparation
    Saute garlic in oil until soft.
    Add remaining vegetables (except peas) and seasonings.
    Toss well to coat.
    Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
