1 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 c. milk
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar, vanilla and melted butter.
Then add rice and milk.
Mix in raisins.
Pour into 8 x 8-inch baking dish and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
