Herbed Beer Bread - cooking recipe

3 c. flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
12 oz. beer (room temperature)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. shortening
3 Tbsp. cornmeal
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cheese and seasoning.
Mix well.
Stir in beer to produce thick batter.
