Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked chicken meat, cut up
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped celery
4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. fine chopped onion
2 pimentos, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
2/3 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except cheese, potato chips and almonds.
Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Top with cheese, chips and almonds.
Refrigerate overnight and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve hot.
