Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 (8 oz.) box macaroni (2 c.)
    2 1/2 to 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to directions on box; then drain.
    Mix milk and cornstarch together in saucepan.
    Add butter and cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
    Slowly add cheese until melted.
    Put macaroni into 2-quart casserole. Add sauce; mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, until brown and bubbly.
