Ingredients

2 c. pecans
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
4 Tbsp. grated orange rind
Preparation

Put nuts in bowl with grated orange rind and stir.
Let stand. Cook
water
and
sugar until it spins a thread.
Pour over until they
turn white or well coated.
Put nuts on waxed paper to cool.
