Angel Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1/4 c. mayo or Miracle Whip
    1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp. yellow mustard
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Hard-boil the eggs.
    Slice eggs in two lengthwise.
    Scrape out the cooked egg yolk and put in small bowl; add the mayo, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Blend together.
    Fill empty egg halves with mixture.
    If desired, sprinkle with paprika.
