Ingredients

8 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix cucumbers with salt and onion.
Refrigerate for two hours. Then drain off juice, getting out as much as possible, but don't rinse.
