Sweet-Sour Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. chicken broth
    2/3 c. pineapple juice
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. frozen Chinese pea pods, thawed
    2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans shrimp, drained
    2 to 2 1/2 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In saucepan, blend cornstarch and sugar.
    Stir in chicken broth.
    Add pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce and butter.
    Cook and stir until mixture comes to boiling.
    Cover; simmer 5 minutes longer.
    Add pea pods and shrimp; heat through.
    Serve on hot rice.
    Makes 4 or 5 servings.
