Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups cornbread mix
    2 eggs
    3/4 cup milk
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    1 can cream style corn
    4 mild jalapenos, chopped very fine
    1 med onion, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp garlic, grated
    1/2 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into oiled iron skillet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 - 45 minutes until golden brown.
