Skillet Meal For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 lb. ham
    1/2 small onion, diced
    2 large potatoes, baked then diced
    1 c. broccoli flowers
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet over low heat.
    Combine ham, broccoli, potatoes and onions in skillet.
    Cook and stir until potatoes are brown.
    Reduce heat, add grated cheese and continue heating until cheese is melted.
    Remove from heat and divide into two plates.
    Top each with 1 tablespoon sour cream.
