Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium zucchini
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 beaten eggs
    1 Tbsp. George Washington golden broth
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash zucchini and cut off ends.
    Steam until nearly done.
    Cut in half lengths.
    Remove center pulp and combine with other ingredients.
    Fill shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
