Chicken And Cashews - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
    1 c. cashews
    2 green onions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    pinch of salt
    pinch of pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Marinate chicken in
    soy
    sauce,
    sherry and cornstarch for 2 to 4 hours.
    Heat oil in a medium-high wok.
    Add chicken and onions and\tcook
    quickly,\tstirring
    constantly.
    Add cashews; heat slightly and serve with rice.
