Tamale Chili Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can tamales
    2 cans chili (or use homemade, if desired)
    1 bag Doritos or corn chips
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) bag shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Layer chips on bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan or 2 small casserole dishes.
    Lay tamales on top of chips. Pour chili over all.
    Top with chopped onion and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Top with sour cream, salsa and jalapeno peppers, if desired.
