Wind Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 3/4 c. flour, sifted 3 times
Preparation
    Beat egg whites stiff; add cream of tartar.
    Beat to mix.
    In second bowl, beat egg yolks and water a long time until like heavy cream.
    Beat in sugar; add salt and vanilla.
    Gradually add flour to egg mixture.
    Fold in egg whites.
