Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. raw apples
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Beat oil, sugar and eggs until smooth. Add flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda and mix well. Fold in apples and nuts. Spread mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch pan or a Bundt pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 in a preheated oven for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Excellent served with whipped cream on top.
