Italian Potato And Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 potatoes
1 Tbsp. olive oil
3 medium tomatoes, sliced
1 large Spanish onion, thin sliced
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. shredded Provolone
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Peel and slice potatoes.
Oil a large casserole with olive oil.
Arrange potatoes, tomatoes and onion in layers, sprinkling each layer with cheese and seasonings.
Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with potatoes.
Sprinkle with cheese and seasoning.
Dot with butter and bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
